24 HOUR MONITORING & ARMED RESPONSE
High Spec Security Solutions main focus is on the installation of all electronic security products & equipment, and is not specializing in 24Hr Monitoring & Armed Response Services.
We however are making use of all major 24Hr Monitoring, and Armed response companies throughout the Western Cape to link our installed Alarm systems to.
We provide our customers the freedom of choice to choose between who the most reliable, visible, prominent, 24Hr Monitoring, and Armed Response company in their area is, and who they feel satisfied with, to link their Alarm systems to.
We will negotiate with the company of your choice the best monthly rate for the above services, and will then arrange for the linkup of the Alarm system to the company of your choice, or we will do the linkup of the Alarm system ourselves, with the consent of the monitoring company of your choice.
The methods of linkup of Alarm systems is via Radio Transmitter only , Telephone only, Dual Monitoring (Telephone & Radio), or Dual radio monitoring for businesses where no landline is available. Dual Alarm monitoring for businesses is compulsory due to the risk factor.
All Alarm signals on completion of the Alarm installation will be tested through to the Monitoring Company of your choice, and will be verified with the Monitoring Company that all relevant signals is received. We will request a reference number from the monitoring company that they had received all signals, and the reference number will be noted on our records as proof.
We can also link your Alarm system via SMS module, or IP Module to your Smart phone, where the customer will then have full control of his Alarm system, and signal reporting on his smartphone, Ipad or computer, should there be any activations at his premises.
